You will uncover client goals, craft tailored, measurable campaigns, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while expanding the book through smart upsell and cross-sell. Strong relationship-building is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of media, digital, or advertising sales with revenue targets.
• Ability to prospect, open new business, and build a self-sustaining pipeline.
• Command of broadcast TV, streaming/CTV, programmatic, and digital formats.
• Experience selling to business owners or agencies and leading strategic pitches.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by building a strong pipeline of local and regional advertisers.
• Sell across broadcast TV, Premion streaming/CTV, and digital solutions.
• Uncover client goals and architect tailored multi-platform campaigns.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and renewal.
