Job summary

Randstad Enterprise Solutions in the UK is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to support an MSP program for a leading industrial automation and rail transport client. You will be on site in Birmingham one day per week, with occasional travel to other UK sites.

You will recruit for contract roles across blue- and white-collar positions, acting as a trusted partner to Hiring and Procurement leads, guiding end-to-end hiring and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in an MSP environment.
• Experience using VMS systems, preferably Fieldglass.
• Confident with data—ability to run reports and present insights.
• Experience partnering with suppliers and managing stakeholders.
• Exposure to international collaboration projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Trusted Partner to Hiring Community and Procurement leads.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple profiles in Mobility, Rail sectors.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing and admin teams on requisitions and KPIs.
• Deliver data-driven insights to elevate recruitment to a strategic function.
