Job summary

AMS is seeking a Talent Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, owning the talent acquisition partnership for an assigned area. You will develop and drive recruitment strategies, guide stakeholders on hiring solutions, and lead a team of recruiters delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes.

You will influence senior stakeholders, shape workforce planning and ensure delivery excellence, strong relationships and an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Must have senior talent acquisition experience (Talent Business Partner, Recruitment Manager, or similar).
• Proven credibility with senior leaders and ability to influence as a strategic partner.
• Experience building and delivering recruitment strategies aligned to business needs and workforce plans.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers and HR stakeholders as the primary talent acquisition partner.
• Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, market trends and talent availability to inform hiring decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes.
• Translate business objectives into recruitment priorities and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
