Job summary

VectorUSA seeks a Program Manager to lead client MSP programs from onboarding to ongoing service delivery and renewal. You will serve as the single point of contact for the Managed Services team and coordinate program teams to meet contract, SLA, and financial targets.

You will drive process improvements, oversee service performance, and ensure client satisfaction across one or more client programs. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of MSP experience or similar.
• Proficient with Word, Visio, Excel, SharePoint.
• General technical knowledge of servers and networking.
• PgMP certification or ITIL/ITSM experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and manage client relationships for MSP programs.
• Fulfill Service Delivery Manager duties for assigned customers.
• Assist Sales with renewals, RFIs/RFPs, and bids.
• Support change management and escalate critical issues.
• Assist in P&L, billing, and revenue assurance.
• Drive continual service improvement with leadership.
• Monitor SLAs and report performance metrics.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain program documentation.
