Job summary

Monument Consulting seeks a Program Manager to oversee the client’s Vendor Management (VMS) and Managed Services Program (MSP). You’ll establish standard processes, supervise account teams, and ensure service delivery meets client SLAs while supporting governance and strategic roadmaps.

Travel may be 10-50%. The role requires strong analytics, MSP-VMS experience, and the ability to drive improvements across multiple internal teams and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years professional experience and 3-5+ years MSP-VMS experience.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and Account Management resources.
• College Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Some experience in contracts and SOW preferred.
• CCWP certification preferred.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with program sponsors, business leaders, hiring managers, suppliers, and internal partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete program deliverables and resolve operational dependencies.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, challenging assumptions and recommending best-practice solutions.
• Own and drive execution of the strategic roadmap, projects and initiatives.
• Lead vendor relationship management and drive supplier performance, risk mitigation and optimization.
• Provide program-related reporting and client-specific statistics, including SLAs to leadership.
• Ensure program processes remain audit-ready with proper documentation and controls.
• Mentor and coach account management staff and conduct performance reviews.
