Job summary

Pontoon Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to deliver consultative MSP solutions for an enterprise account across multiple locations. The role requires travel and readiness to operate with minimal supervision while optimizing service quality and cost.

You will oversee, plan, and control MSP phases, drive growth, and coordinate with client leadership and Adecco resources. Strong collaboration and leadership will be essential to succeed in this global program.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or 4 years of progressive responsibility.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Five years’ work experience, with four in service level industry and proven growth in responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages MSP operations across multiple sites and suppliers.
• Builds relationships with key decision makers and acts as primary program contact.
• Drives program evolution and expands the program nationally and globally.
• Manages budget and P&L; provides monthly performance analyses.
• Provides MSP updates, trends, and potential enhancements to the client.
