Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage seeks an Account Executive in Pontiac, MI to build and maintain broker relationships nationwide. You will train brokers on EASE, explain programs, and serve as a trusted resource for guidance and solutions.

You will coach brokers, grow a healthy loan pipeline, and aim to meet or exceed sales goals. The role offers training, tools, and a path toward a rewarding income potential in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of mortgage sales as loan officer, mortgage banker or wholesale account executive.
• OR minimum one year of relationship-based sales experience.
• Understanding the difference between retail and wholesale lending.
• Proven success in building business relationships.
• Confident communication skills over the phone and in person.
• Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office, CRMs and multitasking.
• Ability to take feedback and be coached to improve daily.
• Hard workers with accountability.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term broker relationships across all 50 states.
• Train brokers on Easiest Application System Ever (EASE), programs, products, guidelines, and processes.
• Be the go-to resource for clients' guidance and solutions.
• Provide up-to-date information on products, resources, and industry updates.
• Champion brokers and strive to make every loan a success story.
• Monitor the performance of accounts in your pipeline.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals.
