United Wholesale Mortgage, a leading mortgage lender in Pontiac, MI, is seeking an Account Executive who will build and nurture long-term relationships with broker partners across all 50 states. You’ll train brokers on Easiest Application System Ever (EASE), present programs, and serve as the go-to resource for guidance and solutions.

You’ll also monitor pipelines and work toward ambitious sales goals. Ideal candidates bring at least one year in mortgage sales or relationship-based selling,

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in mortgage sales or wholesale account executive role.
• Or 1 year of relationship-based sales experience.
• Understand the difference between retail and wholesale lending.
• Proven success in building business relationships.
• Confident communication over phone and in person.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and multitasking.
• Ability to take feedback and improve.
• Hard workers with accountability and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation.
