Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking an Account Executive to build broker relationships and grow their businesses. Our AEs bring industry knowledge and excellent client service to every interaction. This role includes 500 training hours annually, a broker portfolio, and access to competitive products.

You’ll train brokers on EASE, advise on programs, and help loans close. Based in Pontiac, Michigan, the workday runs 10:00am–7:00pm with a one-hour lunch; relocation to the Detroit metro area may

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year mortgage sales or relationship-based sales experience.
• Understand difference between retail and wholesale lending.
• Proven ability to build business relationships.
• Confident communication skills over the phone and in person.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM; multitask.
• Open to coaching and daily improvement.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain broker relationships across all 50 states.
• Train brokers on EASE, programs, products, guidelines and processes.
• Act as clients’ go-to resource for guidance and solutions.
• Deliver up-to-date information about products, resources and industry updates.
• Champion brokers and help make each loan a success story.
• Monitor the performance of accounts in your pipeline.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals.
