United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking an accountable Account Executive in Pontiac, MI. You will build and maintain broker relationships, train brokers on the EASE platform, and serve as the primary resource for guidance and solutions.

You’ll deliver current product updates, champion brokers to close loans, and monitor pipeline performance. This role emphasizes relationship-building, ongoing coaching, and meeting sales targets in a dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in mortgage sales or relationship-based sales.
• Understand retail vs wholesale lending.
• Proven ability to build business relationships.
• Strong communication skills via phone and in person.
• Proficiency with technology and multi-tasking.
• Open to coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain broker relationships across all states.
• Train brokers on Easiest Application System (EASE) and guidelines.
• Be the go-to resource for clients with solutions and guidance.
• Provide up-to-date product and industry information.
• Champion brokers to make loans succeed.
• Monitor account performance in the pipeline.
• Develop and manage a strong loan pipeline to meet goals.
