Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage in Pontiac, Michigan is seeking an inside Account Executive to build and maintain long-term relationships with broker accounts across all 50 states. You’ll train brokers on Easiest Application System Ever (EASE) and stay current with programs, products, guidelines, and processes to help your clients succeed.

You’ll manage a strong pipeline, coach brokers, and deliver up-to-date product information while aiming to exceed sales goals in a dynamic, team‑oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year mortgage sales or relationship-based sales experience.
• Understanding the difference between retail and wholesale lending.
• Proven ability to build business relationships.
• Strong communication skills, professional over the phone and face to face.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; ability to multi-task.
• Willing to take feedback and improve.
• Accountability and a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker accounts in all 50 states.
• Training and educating brokers on EASE, programs, products, guidelines and processes.
• Acting as clients’ go-to resource for guidance and solutions.
• Delivering up-to-date information about products, resources and industry updates.
• Championing brokers and striving to make every loan a success story.
• Monitoring the performance of accounts in your pipeline.
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals.
