Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in mortgage sales or relationship-based sales.
• Understanding wholesale vs retail lending and building business relationships.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism on the phone and in person.
• Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office and CRMs, with ability to multitask.
• Willingness to be coached and improve daily.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term broker relationships across all 50 states.
• Train brokers on UWM's EASE system, programs, products, guidelines and processes.
• Act as clients’ go-to resource for guidance and solutions.
• Provide up-to-date information about products, resources and industry updates.
• Champion brokers and strive to make every loan a success story.
• Monitor pipeline performance and manage a strong loan pipeline to meet goals.
