Job summary

Plaid, a leading fintech data network, is seeking a seasoned enterprise sales professional to manage a named mortgage accounts book and drive adoption of Plaid’s full product portfolio across lenders, servicers, and ecosystem partners.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, develop executive-level value cases, and collaborate with product, success, and GTM teams to deliver measurable outcomes in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying experience in a new-revenue role with a track record of enterprise closures.
• Ability to sell technical solutions to business buyers, including APIs or developer-oriented products.
• Strong communication for discovery conversations, executive presentations, and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience selling a broad, multi-product portfolio with specialist resources.
• Working knowledge of mortgage landscape and lender relationships.
• Comfort in high-growth environments and building processes.

Responsibilities

• Own a named book of ~50 enterprise mortgage accounts across national originators, servicers, banks, credit unions, and lenders.
• Sell Plaid's full product portfolio in the mortgage vertical to executives.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate with product sales specialists to bring the right expertise to opportunities.
• Build executive relationships and identify business value Plaid brings across accounts.
• Articulate Plaid’s value and technology advantage in mortgage to lenders and ecosystem partners.
• Win as a team with SDRs, account managers, and implementation teams.
