Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a results-driven Key Account Director to accelerate revenue growth across a dedicated US territory. You will win new logos and expand inside existing accounts by navigating complex sales cycles in the mortgage software/fintech space.

You’ll lead strategic deals with banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders, coordinate multi-stakeholder buying committees, and feed market insights back to product teams to influence roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical problem-solving skills and creative solution development.
• Strong ability to persuade and negotiate with senior partners.
• Experience building and managing executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, qualify, and close new customer opportunities (banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders).
• Develop and manage a pipeline worth 3–4x quota.
• Lead large, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (5–10 buyers).
• Expand relationships with existing MeridianLink customers and cross-sell where possible.
• Provide market insights to influence product roadmap.
