Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multimodal transportation or capital infrastructure programs.
• Ability to engage diverse communities and manage complex partnerships.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Proven ability to present complex information to public officials and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Project Connect program across City departments and partner agencies.
• Engage communities, manage partnerships with agencies and stakeholders, and explain program goals.
• Present updates to City Manager's Office, Boards and Commissions, and City Council.
• Identify issues, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Supervise teams and manage priorities and workloads in fast-paced environments.
