Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related field.
• Master's degree in Planning or a related field is desirable.
• AICP/PE or similar credential preferred but not required.
• Valid Texas Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and evaluation of multimodal transportation programs.
• Develop and manage Active Transportation Plan and initiatives.
• Staff liaison to BPAC; prepare agendas, minutes and materials.
• Prepare reports and policy recommendations for City Council and partners.
• Oversee Complete Streets policy implementation across departments.
• Coordinate transit planning with regional partners and first- mile/last-mile efforts.
• Manage grants and consultant contracts and public engagement programs.
• Analyze transportation data to support decisions and project delivery.
