Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3 years of construction/engineering/architecture experience; experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and program information with internal and external customers.
• Assist in development and monitoring of project budgets.
• Develop and review contracts and change orders for projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits for assigned projects.
• Provide technical advice and assistance.
• Develop and maintain City of Austin design and construction standards.
