Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, is hiring a high-energy Mid Market Account Executive to drive net-new revenue within Mid Market accounts in the United States. You will own a defined territory, build a strong pipeline, tell the Elastic story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and demonstrate the value of Elastic’s Search, Observability, and Security

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing complex SaaS deals in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to drive disciplined pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and build pipeline with outbound cadences to generate opportunities.
• Conduct deep discovery to uncover pain, budget, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored value narratives and live demos tying Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate on formal close plans and maintain CRM accuracy for forecast integrity.
• Lead executive-level negotiations and close multi-year, consumption-based contracts.
• Communicate cloud economics and data architecture considerations to customers.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
