Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background.
• Travel 35–50% of the time; nationwide locations.

Responsabilités

• Meet with client stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships with executives, HR, and brokers.
• Lead cross-functional service teams to meet plan design and participant engagement goals.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Identify growth opportunities and position cross-sale of recordkeeping products.
