Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to ensure our service strategy exceeds client expectations in defined contribution plans. This role is an individual contributor focused on client satisfaction, retention and plan optimization.

The position requires 6+ years in client relationship management, a bachelor’s degree, and required securities licensing; travel is 35–50% nationwide, with a work-from-home or any Voya location option.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of client service relationship management experience in defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Willingness to travel 35–50% across nationwide locations.
• Work-from-home in a location that covers the designated territory.

Aufgaben

• Meet with client stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships with senior executives and HR teams.
• Lead cross-functional service teams to meet client expectations and report on metrics.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations for existing clients.
• Coordinate internal resources for client projects and negotiate costs for implementations.
• Identify growth opportunities for new 401(k) business and upsell services.
