Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure service delivery exceeds client expectations. This individual contributor role focuses on client satisfaction, retention and plan optimization, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet agreed metrics.

The position requires 6+ years in defined contribution client service, state license within 60 days, and a strong background in 401(k) plans, negotiation, and relationship management. Travel 35–50% across the nation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background.
• Strong client management, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Travel 35–50% of time; nationwide coverage; FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client key stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships at client organizations.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification and suitability.
• Lead cross-functional service teams to execute plans and report on metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities for organic growth and cross-sell of recordkeeping products.
