Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to ensure the delivery of our service strategy exceeds client expectations.

This individual contributor role focuses on relationship management with key client stakeholders across senior executives, treasury, HR, benefits, advisors and TPAs. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive retention and contract negotiations, coordinate data-driven projects, and identify growth opportunities for cross-selling recordkeeping products across

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background.
• Strong client management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsabilités

• Meet with client stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships with senior executives, Treasury, HR, benefits, advisors, and TPAs.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, SLAs, RFIs and RFPs for existing clients.
• Coordinate internal resources for client enhancement projects and manage implementation dates.
• Identify organic growth and cross-sell opportunities for recordkeeping products.
