Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure service delivery exceeds client expectations.

This individual contributor will focus on client satisfaction, retention and plan optimization across defined contribution plans. The role requires collaboration with senior executives, HR, and benefits teams, and involves cross-functional leadership to meet performance metrics and contractual SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60-days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background.

Aufgaben

• Meet with client stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships with executives, HR, benefits and brokers.
• Lead cross-functional service teams to execute on plans and report metrics.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking and contract negotiations for client retention.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-sale of recordkeeping products.
