Responsibilities include managing pre/post-event details, forecasting revenue with internal teams, and using Delphi, CI/TY, and PMS to execute strategic sales plans. A collaborative, growth-minded approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate event sales or hotel group bookings.
• Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients.
• Propose, prospect, contract, and detail small corporate groups.
• Respond quickly and professionally to all partners and customers with clear communication.
• Demonstrate time management, motivation, and planning with attention to detail.
• Maintain existing accounts and develop new business for the hotel.
• Oversee pre-event, event, and post-event details, including room blocks, space, concessions, contracts, and billing.
