Concord Hospitality is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager in Raleigh, NC to deliver exceptional service to partners and clients while driving event revenue and fulfilling group needs.

You will manage end-to-end event details, forecast room blocks and F&B, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize space and profitability. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive planning, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients.
• Respond quickly and professionally to internal partners and external customers with clear communication.
• Demonstrate strong time management, self-motivation and proactive planning with attention to detail.
• Maintain assigned accounts/segments and develop new business for the hotel.
• Track and manage pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, space, concessions, contracts, reports, and billing details.
• Attend customer functions as needed and forecast group rooms and F&B revenues with internal and external partners.
• Learn hotel food & beverage products, function space, AV, and event-related details to support success.
• Meet sales activity and revenue goals through calls, tours, and appointments as outlined by leadership.
