• Forecast group room blocks and F&B revenues; learn hotel function space, AV, and related event details.
• Achieve sales activity and revenue goals through proactive calls, tours, and appointments.
• Participate in internal meetings, training, and cross-team collaboration.
• Represent Concord at customer functions as needed and pursue career development opportunities.
