Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to deliver exceptional service to internal partners and external clients while developing and detailing corporate group business.

You will lead pre-event, event, and post-event operations, coordinate room blocks, F&B, and space requirements, forecast revenue, and maintain key accounts to maximize hotel performance. This role requires proactive planning and strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations and finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients.
• Propose, prospect, contract, and detail smaller corporate groups.
• Respond quickly and professionally to partners and customers with clear communication representative of Concord Hospitality.
• Demonstrate strong time management, self-motivation and proactive planning with attention to detail.
• Maintain existing accounts and develop new business for the hotel.
• Monitor and manage pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, space, concessions, contracts, reports, cut-off dates, and billing details.
• Attend customer functions as needed.
• Forecast group rooms and F&B revenues with internal partners and understand how to maximize released space and revenue.
• Gain knowledge of hotel food & beverage products, function space, AV and related event details.
• Meet sales activity and revenue goals through calls, tours, appointments, etc., as outlined by Concord, RVPSM and supervisor.
• Learn and use digital sales systems and sales processes; implement tools to achieve goals and complete duties.
• Prepare for and participate in internal meetings, calls, reporting, planning and training.
• Work collaboratively with a team and pursue opportunities for training and growth.
• Follow management requests and comply with company policies.
