Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Events Planner to lead planning and execution of large client meetings, events and conferences within the Workplace Experience team.

You will develop end-to-end event plans, create timelines, coordinate vendors, and manage on-site operations to ensure flawless delivery. You will oversee pre-event planning, load-in, set-up, teardown, and post-event reporting, delivering cost-conscious solutions and continuous improvement while aligning with CBRE’s values and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of procedures and ability to solve slightly complex problems.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end event plans to ensure flawless execution.
• Produce detailed event timelines and track progress; troubleshoot as needed.
• Coordinate vendors, menus, budgets, and decor during pre-event planning.
• Lead on-site coordination: load-in, setup, teardown, and guest support.
• Conduct post-event reporting and suggest cost-saving improvements.
