AbbVie Inc. is seeking an Account Specialist to promote a product to community practices and health systems across various specialties, including neurology, pain medicine, PM&R, and urology.

You will build and maintain relationships with hospitals, academic centers, and government accounts, and deliver clinical training to residents and staff. The role requires strong sales performance, HCIR credentialing, travel, and the ability to train personnel in anatomical/procedural techniques.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• Five (5) years of technical experience with three (3) or more years of sales experience preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products in health systems and private practice.
• Ability to lift/pull 25–100 lb. training models and meet credentialing/vaccination requirements.

Aufgaben

• Promote a product to meet/exceed sales goals in community/private practices as well as hospitals/health systems.
• Identify/uncover customer needs (training, clinical, operational, reimbursement) and address with AbbVie resources.
• Provide education and clinical/injection training for residents, fellows, and other hospital personnel.
• Expert delivery of anatomical/procedural information and training, highlighting injection paradigms and considerations.
• Utilize AbbVie's sales and data resources to enhance productivity and growth while implementing the U.S. Marketing Plan.
• Collaborate with other Account Specialists to promote the product for approved indications and trainings within hospital/health system accounts.
