Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• At least five years of technical experience with three or more years in sales preferred; high school diploma/GED accepted
• Ability to learn procedural, technical, clinical, and anatomical information quickly and communicate to diverse audiences
• Ability to lift/pull 25–100 lb training models and meet credentialing/vaccination requirements
• Willingness to travel to cover territory, including overnight trainings and meetings

Aufgaben

• Promote a product to meet/exceed sales goals in community/private practices and hospitals/health systems
• Comply with company policies, reports, requests and promotional compliance; manage field assets
• Identify customer needs (training, clinical, operational, reimbursement) and address with AbbVie resources
• Provide education and clinical/injection training for residents, fellows and hospital personnel
• Collaborate with other Account Specialists to promote approved indications and trainings
• Utilize AbbVie sales and data resources to enhance productivity and growth under the Marketing Plan
