You will drive revenue growth across broadcast and digital platforms, coach account executives, and develop integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results for advertisers.

You will collaborate with leadership to set budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of successful media sales management experience.
Experience leading broadcast, digital, or multimedia sales teams.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and integrated marketing solutions.
Proven track record of revenue growth and market share gains.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead local and national sales efforts to meet/exceed revenue objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across broadcast, digital, sponsorship, event, and non-traditional revenue streams.
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Collaborate with leadership to set annual budgets, forecasts, and sales plans.
Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a team of multimedia Account Executives.
Coach, ride-alongs, and client-facing calls to improve performance.
Build and maintain relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and community partners.
Develop integrated marketing solutions leveraging Beasley Media Group assets.
Drive digital-first thinking and ROI-focused campaigns.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
