Gray Media is seeking a Media Executive to drive new business development, retain clients, and grow advertising revenue across broadcast, digital, and sports portfolios in the Phoenix market. You will act as a trusted marketing consultant, crafting tailored, multi-platform campaigns using Broadcast TV, AZ Family Sports, Programmatic, Streaming TV, Email Marketing, Paid Social, SEM and SEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in media or B2B sales with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Strong ability to present professional, high-impact marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Lead Generation: identify, outreach, and secure meetings with decision-makers in the Phoenix market.
• Client Relationship & Book Management: manage campaigns, provide exceptional service, and optimize strategies for retention.
• Revenue Growth: meet/beat sales goals, upsell, and renew client contracts.
• Product Mastery: stay ahead of media trends and understand Gray Media’s digital and broadcast solutions.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: collaborate with creative, traffic, and digital teams to ensure flawless execution.
