Gray Media’s Arizona’s Family is seeking a high-energy Sports Executive Producer to lead the brand’s multi-platform sports coverage in Phoenix. You will inspire a newsroom to dominate digital and social storytelling and own the sports narrative across live, digital, and broadcast.

You’ll partner with the digital team, maximize pro-team partnerships, and develop youth-athlete features, ensuring Arizona’s Family remains the home for local sports stories.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Journalism or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in television news production and leadership.
• Ability to lead multi-platform sports content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-platform sports content across live, digital, and broadcast.
• Collaborate with digital teams to drive sports conversations on social.
• Maximize exclusive access with professional teams.
• Highlight local youth and high school athletes.
• Coach producers, reporters, and anchors with regular feedback.
