Spectrum Reach has an exciting opportunity with our Local Sales Team as an Advertising Account Executive. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, account management, and consultative selling to local and regional businesses.

This role requires strong prospecting discipline, relationship building, and the ability to manage campaigns end to end while adapting to a fast-changing advertising environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations in B2B sales.
• Ability to prospect, build healthy pipelines and manage a sales book.
• Strong presentation skills and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned revenue responsibilities.
• Prospect for and develop new business opportunities.
• Build, manage, and grow an assigned book of business through renewals and upselling.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery conversations.
• Create strategic proposals using video, streaming, and digital solutions.
• Maintain pipeline activity and CRM tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution.
