Charter Communications, Spectrum Reach, has an exciting opportunity with our Local Sales Team as an Advertising Account Executive. You will drive revenue growth through new business development, account management, and consultative selling for local and regional clients.

The role requires prospecting discipline, relationship-building, and the ability to present tailored advertising solutions and measurable outcomes. Travel may be required as part of regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations with a demonstrated hunter mindset in prospecting and building healthy pipelines.
• 1+ years outside or B2B sales experience.
• Ability to use data in the development and sale of a media strategy.
• Adept at presenting complex solutions in a simple, easy to understand manner.
• Understanding of the media landscape and evolving dynamics of advertising within it.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients; confident in negotiating.
• Local and regional travel; valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned revenue responsibilities
• Prospect for and developing new business opportunities
• Build, manage, and grow an assigned book of business through renewals, upselling, and relationship management
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery conversations to understand business goals
• Based on the needs of clients, create strategic proposals using video, streaming, digital, and advanced advertising solutions
• Build strong client relationships through ongoing communication and consistent follow-through
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaign execution and client success
• Monitor campaign performance, share insights and metrics, and recommend optimizations
• Maintain pipeline activity and opportunity tracking in CRM tools
• Balance prospecting, account management, internal collaboration, and campaign stewardship
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving product offerings
