Spectrum Reach has an exciting opportunity with our Local Sales Team as an Advertising Account Executive. You will drive revenue growth through new business development, account management, and consultative selling to local and regional businesses.

This role serves as a strategic partner to clients, identifying goals and delivering measurable outcomes. Based on the needs of clients, you will create strategic proposals using video, streaming, digital, and advanced advertising solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations with a hunter mindset.
• 1+ years outside or B2B sales experience.
• Ability to use data in the development and sale of a media strategy.
• Adept at presenting complex solutions in a simple, understandable manner.
• Understanding of the media landscape and evolving advertising dynamics.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients; negotiating confidently.
• Local and regional travel; valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned revenue responsibilities.
• Prospect for and develop new business opportunities.
• Build, manage, and grow an assigned book of business through renewals, upselling, and relationship management.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery conversations to understand business goals.
• Create strategic proposals using video, streaming, digital, and advanced advertising solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-through.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaign execution and client success.
• Monitor campaign performance, share insights and metrics, and recommend optimizations.
• Maintain pipeline activity and opportunity tracking in CRM tools.
• Balance prospecting, account management, internal collaboration, and campaign stewardship.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving product offerings.
• This is a base + commission role totaling $78k to start.
