Job summary

FOX Television Stations in Seattle is seeking an energetic Account Executive to act as a strategic media consultant, driving revenue across FOX 13’s linear and digital offerings.

You will pursue relationships with agencies and clients, craft compelling packages, and collaborate across departments to maximize results, while maintaining compliance and developing partnerships within the media tech space.

Qualifications

• Four years of major market experience in transactional and online advertising sales preferred.
• Proven success in generating and maintaining new business and experience with major programming sales.
• Broadcasting/television experience is a plus.
• Interest in and understanding of broadcasting and sports industries; existing contacts are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively pursue, develop, and maintain relationships across agency and client layers in linear and digital media.
• Create, develop, and present new concepts, packages, and platforms to agencies and clients.
• Develop innovative sales strategies tailored to FOX station products beyond current offerings.
• Serve as an expert resource for linear and digital offerings to help clients maximize use.
• Negotiate sales contracts using Nielsen LPM ratings and qualitative data.
• Ensure optimal market coverage by participating in client activities and events to boost visibility and revenue.
• Build strategic partnerships with media technology companies, agencies, startups, and local businesses.
• Develop long-term relationships with corporate and media entities for cross-sales and promotions.
• Manage equipment issued by FOX and comply with corporate policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
