Job summary

Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Media Planning Supervisor to service clients by creating, executing, and monitoring media plans across digital, social and traditional channels to maximize reach.

The ideal candidate is data‑driven, a thoughtful decision‑maker and team player who can lead deck writing, budget allocation, audience development, and cross‑functional collaboration while guiding Associates and Senior Associates to deliver KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in media planning across media channels.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning initiatives and collaborate with teams to execute plans across digital and social channels.
• Own tactical plan development, recommendations, and negotiations across channels.
• Lead deck writing, budget allocation, and audience development.
• Analyze data to inform purchase and channel allocation.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and ensure KPIs are met.
