Job summary

Starcom Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Media Planning Supervisor to service clients by creating, executing, and monitoring media plans across multiple channels to maximize reach. You will contribute to deck writing, budget allocation, and audience development in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, negotiation across channels, and guidance to junior team members, with strong communication and organizational skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• 3+ years of media planning experience across channels.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with audience planning and reach-frequency tools.
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot) is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning initiatives across channels including digital and social.
• Own tactical plan development, recommendations, and negotiations.
• Foster relationships with clients, internal teams, and leadership.
• Lead strategic planning including deckwriting, budget allocation, and audience development.
• Analyze data to inform purchase and channel allocation.
• Develop guidelines and budget allocations.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and ensure KPIs.
• Support strategic approach and experience design with channel ideas.
• Manage and develop Associates and Senior Associates.
