Job summary

MediaHub Worldwide is seeking a Media Supervisor in New York to lead media budget and client billing for PI, Kinesso, and Local Mediabrands. You will manage tools updates, prepare spending reports, and mentor junior staff.

You will support 1–2 accounts, collaborate with Analytics, and ensure flawless campaign execution across channels. Strong math, communication, and multi-tasking skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in multiple media channels and planning essentials.
• Ability to articulate strategic media plan foundations.
• Strong multitasking with high attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of industry tools.
• Willingness to travel to supported markets or client events.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations of client media plan and budget details.
• Attend client status meetings and learn the client’s business.
• Lead execution and updates of media tools and reports.
• Build relationships with partner teams across Mediahub and Mediabrands.
• Monitor media plan performance and surface insights for clients.
• Ensure flawless campaign execution, QA, and reporting.
• Prepare competitive spending reports and connect to business intelligence.
• Operate planning tools and collaborate with Analytics for optimal media mix.
• Support junior team members with guidance and mentorship.
