Job summary

Omnicom’s MediaHub WW in New York seeks a Media Supervisor to oversee media budgets, client billing and support for PI, Kinesso and Local Mediabrands. You will lead the execution of media tools, prepare reports, and share insights with clients.

You will mentor junior staff, build partner relationships across Mediabrands and Kinesso, and ensure flawless campaign performance through QA, measurement and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Expertise in at least 3 media channels (Video/Direct/Social/OOH etc.).
• Experience creating and selling media programs with a strategic foundation.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong mathematical abilities.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of DCM, Prism, comScore, MRI.
• Willingness to travel to supported markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of client media plan and budget details.
• Attend client status meetings and present updates on the business/category.
• Lead and manage the execution and updates of media tools and reports.
• Collaborate with analytics and partner teams to optimize media mix.
• Provide QA and reporting for campaigns and insights generation.
• Develop and mentor junior team members.
