Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 6+ years of media planning experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing junior staff.
• Agency experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and industry tools (Nielsen, Kantar, IMS, comScore, MRI/GfK).
• Ability to translate data into actionable ideas.
• Strong written and verbal skills for client presentations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective marketing strategies and lead day-to-day planning across campaigns.
• Develop planning objectives aligned with client goals.
• Act as cross-team leader, integrating all media to define and execute campaigns.
• Grow client relationships through understanding industry and client business issues.
• Monitor media performance and KPIs to assess objective achievement.
• Supervise, train and develop junior staff; manage workload and accuracy.
