Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a seasoned media strategy leader to translate executive vision into actionable campaigns across multiple channels. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while leveraging data-driven insights and AI-enabled optimization.

The role requires 5+ years in media planning with 3+ years of people leadership, agency experience preferred, and a strong grasp of cross-channel media including offline and online tactics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 5+ years of media planning experience.
• 3+ years of managing junior staff.
• Agency experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cross-channel media planning (offline & online).

Responsibilities

• Translate the VP's strategic vision into actionable media plans across audience, channel, and measurement.
• Manage day-to-day aspects of annual and tactical planning across campaigns from brief to launch and stewardship.
• Develop objectives and recommendations that align with client goals.
• Turn briefs, insights, and performance data into audience, channel, investment, and learning recommendations.
• Lead cross-team efforts to implement the approved strategy and ensure timely execution.
