Job summary

Publicis Health Media in New York seeks a Senior Associate, Partner Direct to support media planning and campaign execution across a range of client campaigns. You will report to the Partner Direct Supervisor, handling small to mid-size projects and building a solid foundation in media execution.

The role requires 18 months to 2+ years in media planning/buying, plus hands-on Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS).

Qualifications

• 18 months to 2+ years of media planning, buying, or related industry experience.
• Experience with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS).
• Experience with media planning tools is a plus (Prisma, MediaOcean or similar).

Responsibilities

• Assist in media planning preparation and RFP management.
• Support end-to-end campaign launch management with timely execution.
• Track adherence to brand safety and verification standards.
• Coordinate creative specs with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to media placement taxonomy configuration.
• Assist in partner-level forecasting and investment tracking.
