Publicis Health Media is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy to lead media strategy and planning for assigned clients in New York. This role reports to the Director, Strategy and oversees cross-functional collaboration, ensuring strategic media approaches align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in media planning, 2+ years of management experience, and strong HCP/Pharma planning experience, plus proficiency with MediaOcean.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years media planning experience.
• 2+ years management experience.
• 1+ year cross-channel planning experience in multiple channels (Digital, Video, Print, OOH, DTC, HCP).
• 2+ years: HCP/Pharma media planning and media strategy experience.
• Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools (e.g. MediaOcean).

Aufgaben

• Drive the media planning process to align with client objectives.
• Oversee media strategy development including channel mix and budget allocation.
• Provide initial perspectives on media strategies and approaches.
• Manage multiple accounts and transition between them smoothly.
• Represent cross-functional teams in client and agency partner meetings.
• Support continuous improvement of deliverables for self, team, and clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and Publicis Groupe capabilities.
• Contribute to new business and organic growth efforts.
