Unilever PLC in Hoboken, NJ, seeks a senior procurement leader to own end-to-end Media and Marketing sourcing for North America. You will guide a small team and translate brand priorities into integrated supplier plans, driving regional strategies aligned with global direction.

You will partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and business groups to enable growth, protect value, and advance sustainable sourcing practices across media and related services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in media/marketing/creative or related indirect categories.
• Strong strategic-sourcing, negotiation and contracting across agencies, media partners and suppliers.
• Understanding of media and marketing supply markets, agency economics and FMCG models.
• Proven supplier-relationship, performance and risk-management experience.
• Experience leading regional media and marketing procurement strategies across multiple markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead North America Media & Marketing Procurement team (~€250m spend) and own end-to-end procurement.
• Develop and execute multi-year regional strategies aligned with global direction across media, creative, agencies and marketing services.
• Lead complex sourcing, negotiation and contracting with agencies, media owners and marketing-service providers.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships and joint growth roadmaps with governance and risk controls.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal and Business Groups to shape operating models that enable growth and protect value.
• Lead regional transformation priorities including digital and retail media and analytics.
