Unilever in Hoboken, NJ is seeking an Associate Director Transportation to lead strategy and execution across the logistics network, partnering with Warehousing, Planning, Procurement, Finance, technology, and 3PLs to strengthen transportation capabilities and deliver measurable service and cost outcomes.

You will own transportation KPIs, including on-time delivery, cost, tender acceptance, detention and capacity, and collaborate with Procurement on carrier sourcing and contract strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Significant experience leading transportation, logistics, carrier management, distribution, or supply chain execution.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to translate data into actions.
• Proven stakeholder leadership, influencing, communication, and change management across internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and escalations in a fast-paced supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transportation performance across service, cost, safety, compliance, carrier management, and network reliability.
• Lead transportation strategy, governance, and performance management across domestic freight and logistics partners.
• Own transportation KPIs, including service, cost, tender acceptance, on-time delivery, claims, detention, capacity, and escalations.
• Partner with Procurement to shape carrier sourcing, contract strategy, and supplier performance routines.
• Collaborate with Warehousing, Planning, Finance, and 3PLs to resolve risks and optimize network flow.
• Drive cost productivity, process simplification, digital enablement, and operational controls.
