Qualifications

• University degree with extensive senior procurement or supply-management experience in packaging.
• Proven success defining and executing regional and global category strategies and delivering value, cash, resilience and supplier-performance outcomes.
• Deep understanding of rigid-packaging value chains, resins, recycled materials and packaging technologies.
• Strong commercial, financial, negotiation and contracting expertise, including cost modelling and price forecasting.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and leadership of regional/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Packaging and Global Rigids Procurement org of nine FTEs, including this Director role.
• Define the global Rigids strategy considering scale, market requirements and supplier capability.
• Own end-to-end North America packaging procurement performance.
• Translate global portfolio direction into NA sourcing and business plans.
• Build strategic supplier ecosystems and value-driven agreements with roadmaps.
• Develop multi-year value, circularity and innovation pipelines.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive regional and global organization.
