Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in integrated planning or end-to-end supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, forecasting, inventory, capacity planning, and service management.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning decisions and balancing priorities.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and continuous improvement of integrated planning and S&OP across North America Foods.
• Partner with Demand, Supply, Material Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Development, Marketing and senior leaders to ensure clear plans and governance.
• Lead a team of WL1s/2s to drive the S&OP excellence agenda.
• Ensure robust processes and technology connect demand, supply, inventory, service and cost.
• Identify risks, opportunities and gaps within planning technology/process and drive improvements.
• Build business cases or drive cross-functional process improvement.
• Strengthen planning capability through processes, tools, governance and ways of working.
• Lead planning performance management with dashboards, reports and insights.
• Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and standardization across planning processes.
• Act as the primary contact for Planning TSAs.
• Support transition to the future Foods organization by embedding planning capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships across functions for aligned outcomes.
