• University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant procurement or supply-chain experience.
• Experience with logistics categories: transportation, warehousing, pallets, ocean and air freight.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, contracting and cost modelling skills.
• Proven supplier relationship, performance and risk management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to lead without ambiguity and manage a small team.

• Lead end-to-end logistics procurement across North America with ~€120+ million spend.
• Develop multi-year regional logistics strategies aligned with global direction.
• Lead tenders, negotiations, contracting and supplier selection using cost models.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, risk, and compliance.
